How Parents Can Make Transitions Easier

Do you cringe whenever your child has to make a bunch of transitions in one day?  When you are the parent of an Intense Brain Child you learn to equip yourself with strategies to “get through” everyday routines.

I’m going to assume you know the basics about preparing your child in advance, adding a written / picture schedule whenever possible, and ensuring adequate rest, hydration and nutrition.

Now we can get to the little-known, yet critical, components to ensure easier transitions, of particular importance with the big Back2School one upon us.  Check out this short video to learn these advanced strategies for a less stressful transition.
